Peak Power Sports – Cancellation & Late Collection Policy

 

At Peak Power Sports, we carefully plan our school holiday sports camps to ensure every child has a safe, enjoyable, and well-staffed experience. Our staffing, resources, and activities are organised based on the number of children booked.

 

To help us maintain high standards, please read our cancellation and late collection policy below.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the booking will receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booking fee.

 

If a child does not attend without any prior notice, the full fee will be charged.

 

Late Collection

 

Collection should be made promptly at the agreed time.

 

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

 

After 10 minutes, a £5 late collection charge will be applied.

 

Repeated late collections may result in your child’s place being reviewed.

Why This Policy Exists

 

Our camps are staffed and resourced according to the number of children booked. Late changes and collections affect both our staff team and other families, so these charges are in place to ensure fairness and smooth running of the camp.
