Expected Behaviour Policy
Peak Power Sports – Expected Behaviour Policy
At Peak Power Sports, we want every child to feel safe, included, and able to enjoy their time at our camps and classes. To achieve this, we ask all children and families to support our behaviour expectations.
Our Core Values
Respect – for ourselves, for others, and for equipment.
Kindness – speaking and acting in a way that makes camp and classes fun for everyone.
Responsibility – following instructions, looking after belongings, and joining in positively.
Behaviour Expectations
No Screens – Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or handheld games are not allowed during camp. If brought, they must stay in bags and are the child’s responsibility.
Positive Language – Bad language, swearing, or unkind words will not be accepted.
Respect for Others – Children must listen to coaches, respect staff and other participants, and include others in activities.
Safe Play – No rough play, bullying, or behaviour that may cause harm to themselves or others.
Respect for Equipment & Venue – All equipment and facilities should be used appropriately and looked after.
If Behaviour Falls Below Expectations
Children will receive a reminder and a chance to correct their behaviour.
If behaviour continues, parents may be informed.
In cases of persistent or serious behaviour (e.g. bullying, aggression, refusal to follow safety instructions), the child may be asked to leave the camp, and future bookings may be affected.
Our Commitment
We will always:
Promote a safe, supportive environment.
Use positive reinforcement to encourage good behaviour.
Work with parents to resolve any issues in the best interests of the child.
